Flour dredged tilapia filet fried in olive oil and topped with a lemony cilantro infused sauce. served with rice.

Chicken Enchilada
Chicken , avocado, onion, and feta cheese with cilantro and fresh herbs wrapped in a corn tortilla tooped with a green salsa and cheese oven bakes and served with a side of rice.

Pork Chop
Marinated jordandal farms pork chop grilled and accompanied with a homemade lemon mayonnaise sauce. Side of Spanish potato salad.

Mushrooms, onion, and leek, tossed with Arborio rice and white wine with cream and a dash of parmesan cheese.

Traditional grilled kebab style dish with Chicken marinated in yogurt with mint and lemon skewered with tomato, onion, and peppers. Served with rice and yogurt sauce.
