Spiced vegetarian meatballs served with a roasted eggplant béchamel sauce. Served with rice and grilled vegetables
Tilapia with charmoula sauce
Flour dredged tilapia filet fried in olive oil and topped with a lemony cilantro infused sauce.
Arista di Maile al rosmarino
Slow roasted rosemary and garlic rubbed pork roast served with a white wine de glaze sauce.
Traditional grilled kebab style dish with Chicken marinated in yogurt with mint and lemon skewered with tomato, onion, and peppers. Served with rice and yogurt sauce.
