Huevos Publanos
Two eggs poached in a spicy tomato salsa with red and green peppers, and onions. Served with potatoes or polenta

Hungarian Fish
Salmon and cod with green pepper, leeks, onion, potato and carrots simmered in a bay and paprika infused fish stock ser7

Italian Scrambled eggs
Whipped eggs with grated parmesan, sour cream, garlic, and oregano pan sautéed served salad or potatoes.

Lebanese Eggs
whipped eggs sautéed with green pepper and onion finished with dill and feta. served with either polenta or potatoes.

Borak and spinach pie
fillo wrapped pastries with spinach or chicken

Greg Mac Muffin
Bacon and parmesan whipped egg on homemade butter milk biscuit with secret sauce with potatoes or polenta

Bering sea wild caught cod steak cooked in butter with onion poached in wine topped served with rice.
